Concessions Director
Volunteer Position
Reports to the Board of Directors
The Concession Director is responsible for overseeing and running all activities related to the concession stand. This includes, ordering of all items used in, and sold by the concessions stand, determine pricing and menus, insuring the concession stand is staffed properly for tournaments and/or games, seek donations for tournaments and special events from local and corporate businesses, cleaning of the concession stand facilities, organization of materials / supplies, establish procedures / workflow and recommend improvement to the concession stand.
This position is a voting board position as well as the head of the concessions committee. Any candidate must be available to attend monthly board meetings. The board meetings are on the third Sunday of each month. Any other meetings of the concessions committee is at the discretion of the director.
This is a volunteer position and counts towards all volunteer hours.

Painting and Lining Fields
Volunteer Position
Reports to Ron Stroik and Tom Schultz
PCYS is looking for a group of 3-4 people to assist with lining and painting of the fields.
This group will be responsible for measuring, lining and painting the fields at the beginning of season, keeping lines freshly painted throughout season and before tournaments as well as setting up and painting fields for Rec league. This group will work with our head painter Ron Stroik in a rotating schedule, so that no one person is responsible for the entire complex.

Fundraising Director
Volunteer Position
Reports to the Board of Directors
The Fundraising Director is a voting member of the PCYS Board acting as the point person for the Fundraising Committee.
The Fundraising oversees the fundraising committee and is responsible for raising funds and donations in order to support the programs, maintain facilities of PCYS. This includes researching and recommending fundraising opportunities to the PCYS board. Look at opportunities locally and nationally to find companies to sponsor rec, academy and classic soccer teams, soccer fields and tournaments.

PCYS is a volunteer-based, non-profit organization. We have a relatively small Board of Directors that works towards providing a high-quality soccer experience to our club members; however, our club cannot exist without the help of volunteers. As a result, PCYS asks each family to give back to the organization. A wide variety of volunteer opportunities exist throughout the year. Questions about volunteer opportunities should be emailed to our Volunteer Coordinator.
2023-2024 Requirements
Each family has been assigned:
4 non-tournaments hours to be completed prior to July 2024.
4 tournament hours to be completed at the Stevens Point Classic on June 14-16, 2024
4 tournament hours to be completed at PCYS Nutmeg Classic September 30th-October 1st, 2023
